The president, National Association of Online Security News Publishers (NAOSNP), Mr. Oki Samson, has felicitated with CP Olarewaju Ishola Olawale on his appointment as the new Commissioner of Police, Lagos Command.
Samson expressed his congratulatory message via a statement he signed, noting that the appointment is a clear indication that the police hierarchy are on top of their game as Ishola is a round peg in a round hole.
“Your appointment is a clear indication the Police hierarchy, and by extension the entire police force are on top of their game, knowing the best hand to assume leadership of the Lagos Command. I am aware of your trajectory in the force, having accomplished every assigned task satisfactorily, and going to extra mile to initiate intelligence related initiatives to tackle every menace in all your postings,” he said.
The NAOSNP leader further charged the new CP to, as always, carry the press along in his activities, stressing that NAOSNP will always be available to assist, and help to achieve the best of formidable society, devoid of crime.
“Sir, as you take up the mantle of the Command of a state as diverse in all areas, it will be advisable to carry the press along, and note that the National Association of Online Security News Publishers (NAOSNP) is are your beck and call for any good project totally beneficial to the society and humanity.

Recall that CP Olarewaju Ishola Olawale was on Thursday posted to the Lagos State Command following the elevation to the rank of Assistant Inspector General of Police of the erstwhile CP, Fayoade Adegoke, who is now the AIG in charge of Zone 2, Onikan, Lagos.
Prior to his appointment as CP, Lagos Command, CP Ishola Olawale Olarenwaju served as the CP Ports Authority Police (Western) Command, among many other special assignments he had undertaken in the Police Force.
