The Inspector General of Police, IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu today attend the former books launch of former Inspector General of Police, IGP Sunday Gabriel Ehindero rtd at the Conference Hall of the Police Resource Centre, Jabi, Abuja.

In a brief press statement released to the National Association of Online Security News Publishers, NAOSNP stated that, “The InspectorGeneral of Police, IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu, psc(+), NPM, today attended the formal launch of two books by his predecessor, Rtd. IGP Sunday Gabriel Ehindero, CFR, NPM, fwc, at the Conference Hall of the Police Resource Centre, Jabi, Abuja. The titles Reflections on Policing and Security and My Adventure in Policing Nigeria were unveiled at a ceremony chaired by His Excellency Former President Olusegun Obasanjo, GCFR.”

According to the statement, “In his remarks, IGP Disu described the publications as practical reference materials for contemporary policing and urged police officers to prioritize research, documentation, and continuous professional learning. He added that preserving institutional memory and studying the evolution of lawenforcement practice are essential to operational effectiveness and to upholding the rule of law.”
