What exactly does Alimuf mean ? - Alhamdulilahi robili alamin, glory belongs to the almighty and him alone for giving me and every member of Alimuf the grace to witness such a glorious day, Alimuf simply means the gathering of prayer oriented people, while the full meaning of Alimuf is ALAMOTUL ISTIJABAH MUSLIM INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION NIGERIA (ALIMUF) the sole purpose of this foundation is to pray. We pray unto Allah and he answers us unfailingly.
It is true that Alimuf is celebrating it’s anniversary today being the 2nd of October, but Alimuf just like every other foundation started it’s journey with the last 10 days of Ramadan, then gradually the will of God manifested, we solicited for space from the
Akintoye’s family at Eyin iga Oba, that was where Alimuf originated from before they were able to get their own space at Odunfa where they are till date.
It is acting as our permanent site as of now.
There is no body or group of people in this world without challenges just like Alimuf faced it’s own fair of challenges which I can’t even recount, but with the backing of almighty Allah we scaled through, other challenges are still coming but our faith in Allah remains unshakable.
Though we do not like to reveal our plans,
But i will reveal one.
Alimuf is on it’s way to build a new building and there are other plans put in place for other projects too, they will be revealed in due time.
And of course they are some people that also contributed to the birth of Alimuf and they also deserve some accolades. But at the very foremost is almighty Allah, because without him none of these would have been possible. Now back to these individuals, everybody knows that one tree can never make a forest, every single member of Alimuf is always ready to be involved in the success of Alimuf, be it financial or otherwise. I pray that almighty Allah grants every of their voiced and unvoiced prayers.
I would like to give any up and coming foundation a little piece of advice, I won’t lie and say that the journey will be smooth, because it honestly won’t be, but with Allah all things will be easy as long as you’re truthful and hopeful, never ever lose hope in God
Because he is the only one that can help you.
Never stop trying, keep pushing, keep praying.
Do not think about the fame or the money, always have it in mind that God is using you as an instrument of goodwill. Always be of pure mind and intentions. May Allah answer all our prayers. Amin.
