‘Nobody has impacted my life in the area of business and entrepreneurship like ‘Baba’, the man I respectfully call, the Odole Oodua of the Source, Chief Kessington Adebukunola Adebutu’ were the words of the Board Member of Lagos State Security Trust Fund (LSSTF), Dr. Ayo Ogunsan as he celebrated the 88th birthday today 24th October of the business giant and philanthropist.
Further speaking to Trek Africa Newspaper in his fitting complimentary tribute to the man known globally as Baba Ijebu, the CEO of Executive Group, Dr. Ayo Ogunsan added: ‘On a personal note, Baba is God-sent to me. In this life, after God, I revere him. He is my benefactor, my helper, he is being there for me over the years. He is a fantastic elder statesman. I esteem him greatly.’
On statemanship of the great man, Ogunsan added: By virtue of my closeness to the security circles, I can boldly say that Baba is the biggest sole individual supporter and donor of finances and equipment to the Nigeria Police Force. Let me add that the high-flying foundation, Kessington Adebukunola Adebutu Foundation (KAAF) has impacted many areas of our socioeconomic life like education, health, employability, entrepreneurship and so on.’
In his prayers and goodwill for Baba at 88. Ogunsan declared ‘Baba, I wish you more strengthm grace, health to continue to enjoy a life of impact to society. 88 hearty cheers to you, Baba’.
