Lukaku, who has played for Chelsea in the past, is open to accept €12million personal terms with the Premier League giants this summer.
This was disclosed by respected football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano.
Romano, in a tweet via his Twitter handle on Thursday, said Chelsea are set to complete Lukaku’s deal as soon as possible.
He tweeted, “Chelsea are now pushing to sign Romelu Lukaku, and to complete the deal as soon as possible.
“Lukaku’s open to accept personal terms [€12m net] – if Inter and Chelsea will agree on fee/details
New official Chelsea bid coming soon – fee expected to be more than €110m.”
DAILY POST reports that Chelsea are in the transfer market for a new striker.
The Blues identified Dortmund forward, Erling Haaland, as their top target, while Lukaku is also on their shortlist.
Lukaku joined Inter Milan for £74million in 2019 from Manchester United.
