The Lagos State branch of the Nigerian Bar Association has sent a hearty congratulatory message to the Board Member of the Lagos State Security Trust Fund (LSSTF), Dr. Ayo Ogunsan, on his well deserved award of the National Association of Online Security News Publishers (NAOSNP) 2022 Man of the Year.
In a letter signed by the Chairman of the branch, Mr. Ikechukwu Uwanna, the Association lauded Dr. Ogunsan for his selfless commitment to peace and security of Lagos State in particular, and Nigeria as a whole, noting that it has been profound and valuable.
“Your selfless commitment and dedication to the peace and security of Lagos State nay Nigeria is profound and invaluable. It is our fervent prayer that the Almighty God will continue to imbue you with the strength, good health and resources to continue the great work you are doing. Once again congratulations and best wishes,” Uwanna noted on behalf of the Lagos NBA.
Dr. Ogunsan will be honoured with the award on Wednesday, September 22, 2022 during the Association’s National Security Conference, with the theme Crime Prevention and Intelligence Gathering: Institutionalizing Citizen Participation, Technology and Way Forward.
The event, which will hold at the prestigious Civic Centre in Victoria Island, Lagos, is expected to be graced by top dignitaries including Governor of Lagos State, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu, former governor of Ogun State, Chief Segun Osoba, General Ike Nwachukwu (Retd), Chief of Army Staff, General Farouk Yahaya, and Inspector General of Police, Alkali Baba.
