National Security in Focus as Defence Minister Represents President Tinubu at Constitution Review Event

The Honourable Minister of Defence, H.E. Mohammed Badaru Abubakar, CON, mni, represented President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, and delivered the President’s keynote address during the opening session of the Constitution Review Legislative Dialogue on National Security Architecture, held today, Monday, 16th June 2025, at the National Counter Terrorism Centre, Office of the National Security Adviser (ONSA), Abuja.

The high-level dialogue, themed “Nigeria’s Peace and Security: The Constitutional Imperatives,” was convened by the House of Representatives Committee on Constitution Review in collaboration with the Office of the National Security Adviser and other Nigerian security agencies.

The event was attended by senior security officials, legal and policy experts, and lawmakers.
