All is set as notable politicians in the country and society buffs in town will, no doubt, enliven the atmosphere of the popular Radisson Blu Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos, to honour a celebrity journalist and publisher of City Rovers magazine/online newspaper, Kunle Rasheed, on his book launch as well as official 50th birthday celebration.
The event which promised to be epoch-making ballroom dinner/dance and book launch is scheduled to hold on Wednesday 23rd of June, 2021 amidst pomp and pageantry. According to the committee of friends of the celebrant behind the event, a host of top dignitaries in the country including the governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu; speaker of Lagos State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon Mudashiru Ajayi Obasa; Dr. Taiwo Afolabi of Sifax Group; Dr. Muiz Banire (SAN), are among high society personalities billed to grace the event.
Kunle, the boisterous former editor of Global Excellence magazine, who originally clocked 50 on June 8, will also have the privilege of having the King of Fuji, Alhaji Wasiu Ayinde Marshal a.k.a. K1 De Ultimate, on the band stand to spice up the day.
The 207-page book to be launched is a highlight on amazing successes of Top-50 personalities from various fields of endeavour, who rose from nothing to something in Nigeria. The idea behind the book is meant to encourage young entrepreneurs.
