Hon. Aminu Muazu Maifata, the former ALGON National President, has been sworn in as the Honourable Commissioner for Local Government, Emirates Affairs, and Rural Development in Nasarawa State. This follows his successful screening at the State Assembly, where his impressive Curriculum Vitae was widely acknowledged.

As the immediate past Chairman of Lafia Local Government Council, Maifata brings a wealth of experience to his new role. His tenure as Chairman was marked by significant achievements, including improved education, healthcare, and infrastructure development in the local government area.
