popular Yoruba activist, Sunday Igboho is yet to appear at the appeal court in Benin republic after he was arrested on his way to Germany some days ago at the airport. He was supposed to be in court yesterday but due to some reasons unknown as at then, he didn’t appear in court. However, further digs by news Spitch has revealed that the reason he is yet to appear at the court is because he is still being quizzed and questioned at the criminal brigade in Cotonou. Once the questioning is done, he will appear at the appeal court which will determine if his extradition to Nigeria will be successful or not
